“Use at least 10 of the words to create a story or poem (these are hard!)”

Aquamarine
Arrhythmic
Calendar
Cursive
Punitive
Sad
Season
Swallow
Tepid
Tomorrow
Pulchritude
Affirmation

when did time and season become tepid?

tomorrow a choking swallow of bile?

yesterday an arrhythmic thumping of the sun?

a calendar of years written in illegible cursive?

Old age is a sad ending of punitive decomposition

of the body and the mind. She waits in her crinkled skin

and shrinking brain for an aquamarine completion.
